Delivery Policy for Services:
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services

All Software and Digital Services are supplied , Provide as a downloadable item with an Online licence, we aim to process your request within 24hrs if purchased Also We are Confirm you Services Timeline . If a Purchase is on Friday after 16:30 or on a Saturday or Sunday then this will be processed the next working Day.

Delivery Policy for Downloadable Digital Products:
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

Refund Policy

Cancelling a service:
Under the Bangladesh Consumer Law, you have certain rights to cancel a service.

* Cancelling bundled products & services


If you have a major problem with a service or a minor problem that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time you have the right to cancel a service contract, when it is:

provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill
unfit for the purpose you asked for
not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed end date.
Suppliers should give any refunds in the same form as your original payment.

You can also ask for compensation for damages or loss caused by the problem.

Services you can’t cancel
You must pay for services you’ve received under a service contract that worked as expected.

You can’t cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was outside the control of the provider or if you:

changed your mind
insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice
failed to clearly explain your needs to the provider.
Cancelling your service
If you have a problem with a service, take the following steps:

Contact the service provider verbally or in writing to explain the problem. If the provider cannot fix the service in a reasonable time, state that you want to cancel the service contract.


If relevant, also ask the service provider to compensate you for any damages or losses caused by the problem.
If you’ve paid for the service and it has already started or been delivered, negotiate a refund to cover the services that failed and any advance payments.
Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.
Cancelling bundled products & services
Businesses often sell related goods and services together as a package. Sometimes a problem develops with one part of the package — the product or service.

If you return goods or Services due to a major problem, you have the right to cancel any service contracts they were provided with.
If you cancel a contract for unsatisfactory services, you must return any goods or Services connected with the service—even if there is no problem with the goods or Services.

 


Refund Process:

To start your Refund process please contact Rootcoder Software Agency by phone or Whatsapp on +880 1714 544464 or by email at hello@rootcoder.agency to request a Refund no later than thirty (30) days after date of purchase. Once you follow the instructions and completed the Refund process with the customer support agent, we’ll send you confirmation email with additional Refund details, if applicable.

When you make a qualifying Refund, we will credit the full amount you are entitled to and you will receive your refund in approximately 3-5 business days. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item. Once you complete your Refund we’ll send you a Refund confirmation email.
